Poor communications and Service. Going in circles.
Bought stove and after delivery notice drawer would not close properly and made claim for repair or replacement of drawer. Service tech came to install and noticed that frame was bent, drawer could not fix issue.
So claim went in, was approved and then nothing from the Store I purchased it from after a month called the store and now the stove is discontinued.
Better yet now the next stove is more to replace the first stove. They make more money from there mistakes, and we pay for it.

I chose to invest in a Frigidaire dishwasher because I believed that your products were of high quality and would provide long-lasting durability.
However, the early onset of rusting on such a new product is deeply concerning and disappointing. This issue not only compromises the aesthetic appeal of my kitchen but also raises questions about the future functionality and longevity of the appliance.
I expected a superior quality product from a reputable brand like Frigidaire, and this experience has unfortunately tarnished my perception of your company. I am reaching out in hopes that you can rectify this situation promptly.

I bought my mom a new range this past Christmas, but in the summer the stove started acting up. September it completely stopped working.
The first call a technician came within a few days and he asked for an instruction manual when he arrived. He left saying he needs to order a part and will be back to install it. A week later the service appointment was canceled because the wrong part arrived. Now going on waiting an additional 4 weeks for this part, the ETA keeps getting postponed only because I need to call and inquire about it.
After 3 weeks I was told I can get a full replacement but that claim was then denied because they magically have the part despite no service scheduled. I got a voicemail later in the day from North Carolina saying they shipped the part directly to me and I am to call for service when I receive it, no ETA of when to expect it. Nobody will deal with me when I complain about not having a stove for 6 weeks while still under manufacture warranty.
I understand there are shipping delays and supply chain problems, but this should have been communicated beforehand. If a large corporation cannot supply the replacement parts for their own products they should not be selling them, PERIOD!
Home depot says this is not their problem, call Elite Appliances.
Elite Appliances says its not their problem, call Frigidaire. Frigidaire says it's not their problem, call Home Depot.
Every one got paid and no longer concerned about customer service. How disappointing!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Electrolux fridge machine I purchased on August 4th from Home Depot.
The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
From the moment of purchase, I have encountered numerous problems with the fridge, particularly with the fridge section freezing my food consistently. This has led to the unfortunate and costly consequence of having to discard food items on multiple occasions. As a customer, this is not only frustrating but also an inconvenience that I did not expect when investing in a supposedly high-quality appliance.
My frustration further escalated when dealing with your customer service representative, Vanessa. I must say that her conduct was far from professional.
She was rude, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of empathy towards my situation. It was disheartening to experience such a dismissive attitude from someone representing your company.
To add to my disappointment, an Elite technician was sent to address the issue three weeks ago. Despite their visit, I have yet to receive any follow-up communication or resolution to the ongoing problem. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall professionalism of your team.
Moreover, I must express my disappointment in the quality of the Frigidaire brand, which is being marketed as a professional appliance.
If this is the level of service and product quality that can be expected, then it is a disservice to your customers. The delay in addressing the issue and the lack of communication from your team have left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of Electrolux appliances.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I believe it is only fair that I am compensated for the inconvenience, expenses incurred, and the overall dissatisfaction I have experienced. I also request a clear timeline for when a resolution can be expected.
In light of these issues, I kindly request that the resolution to this matter be to replace the unit with a brand new appliance, not to attempt further repairs.
I purchased the machine as new, and I believe it is only fair that I receive a fully functional and reliable appliance, not one that has been subject to ongoing issues and repairs.
As a customer, I had hoped for a positive experience with your brand, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and attention it deserves to restore my faith in Electrolux as a reputable and customer-focused company.

Hello,
I purchased a refrigerator Frigidaire Gallery in 2021. It's not even been 2 years and there is a problem with the freezer section.
Frigidaire put me in touch with TransGlobal. I paid $107, two technicians came over and looked at the fridge and have identified this as a system error, there is a freeon leak (not sure of spelling) which they cannot trace. I now have to purchase a new fridge. I called Customer service and was told that i can get a discount on parts as I do not have a warranty.
My issue here is that i have a problem with the product the the manufacturer cannot fix, if they the manufacturer cannot stand behind their products then customers need to be aware of this.
I understand that I did not take the extended warranty and I was very willing to pay for parts and labour on any problem, but never did I think that Frigidaire would not take ownership for errors on their faulty or poor quality of equipment. I was very unhappy to hear that after I spent so much money to purchase a new fridge, that Frigidaire will not be responsible. I would understand if the fridge was old...but its not even two years. Please let me know what you can do to help.
It is not like I have a lot of money to buy another fridge. It is also an issue of this faulty system error and needs to be accountable by Frigidaire. As a customer I bought this product in good faith.

User's recommendation: Please be aware that Frigidaire will not be accountable for any system errors and they as the manufacturers will not help with any system errors as they too cannot fix. They stand behind their product.

Since January 4th 2023 i contacted customer service regarding the recall on my fridgadare refrigerator model #permc2285af serial#1k0447**** I have called your customer service in February then again in March 27 2023 i received a call from a Emmanuel Ngongm and was disconnected twice I had also spoken to a supervisor saying I would be getting a call now we are into May with still no ice maker and I want this matter resolved asap also I dont have the time to wait on the phone to talk to customer service I cant even estimate how many hours I have spent on hold,for a simple problem that you turn into a big problem,all I am asking for is to get a ice maker that is under recall replaced my contact information is as follows

Double freezer and oven both have required replacing. Extended delays getting through to customer support.
They farm out repairs to a second company who farms out jobs to contractors in your area. So anything has to go through 3 companies before anything gets done! A recipe for delay and problems. Never smooth!
Current issue, oven element exploded in oven that was less than 2 months old.
4 days time it will be 4 months since purchase and still no replacement due to extensive damage. Extremely poor customer service!!

I purchased a new Frigidaire microwave from Lowes Canada and Nov 24/22 and having problems with the turntable clicking a not turning smoothly as it should. It is still under manufacture warranty and I would like to get this dealt with as soon as possible.

Reported the issue and had to call several times. Got an unsatisfactory answer.
And issue is not being resolved properly or at all.
This is going to ongoing, and will be hiring a lawyer in the future if its not resolved soon. Its costing me more money and valuable time!

I have a frigidaire microwave (model CFMV164LSA) that is not working anymore. only when I open the door the plate rotating slowly but none of the touch buttons work.
