I purchased a brand new fridge with an extremely loud noisy fan, as soon as I plugged in the fridge. 4 repair people have attempted to fix this issue over an 9 month period.
They suggested to swap the fridge for a new one as the issue persists. The repair people even commented that the fridge is incredibly loud and vibrating. Fridgidaire continues to inform them to keep trying to fix it instead of providing me with an exchanged fridge. I've lived with the insanely loud and disturbing faulty brand new fridge for 9 months!!
The noise wakes us up at night, and is so disturbing to listen to all day. Never ever will I recommend or purchase Fridgidaire products again.
This has been the worst experience for me, having to live with a fridge that sounds like a Helicopter in my entire house. I'm just appalled and disgusted that this has not been rectified over 9 months, and Fridgidaire refuses to replace the faulty fridge I paid money for.

I had a visit from an approved Frigidaire repair person so he could fix the 'door open' message that kept appearing on the door panel. After a $361.00 visit, I was told I would need a new door which would cost me $1,000.00 - something related to crimped wires.
Additionally, another $500.00 to repair the seal on the ice maker. I understand there is a recall and/or lawsuit pending regarding Frigidaire/Electrolux with respect to the door issue. This fridge is only 4.5 years old and has not been abused. I paid a lot of money for this fridge.
It should last much longer than 4.5 years.
I believe that Frigidaire should replace my door at no cost. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

After numerous service calls to repair my Frigidaire dishwasher, it still continues to have the same problem. I was told to call customer service with file number 8755**** via Elite Appliance Repair.
Can somebody please return my call so that we resolve the code i20 that interrupts the completion of a complete cycle.
Two reputable service companies have looked at the dishwasher and claim to have replaced parts and reprogram calibration and perform a system refresh. The unit is still throwing a code.
It has been determined that the drainage is great, our home was built 5 years ago and professionally plumbed.
I'm sending a 10-minute video to show the incompletion of a 30 minute cycle.
With a following video showing the beep and code. Beyond DISAPPOINTED in this dishwasher.

Im having a problem with Fridgaire and Electrolux regarding my dish washer that only 2 ½ years old.
Here is a copy of the email sent to them with the photos of the problem.
Dear customer service Ive purchased my dishwasher on March 25, 2022 and delivered on April 5, 2022. Frigidaire

We are only 2 adults using the dishwasher twice a week only.
We never put our pots and pans in the dishwasher, we only wash them by hand. Our request is regarding the racks in the product, especially the bottom one. They are rusted be on normal usage which is not normal for which the dishwasher is only 2 ½ years old. Our last dishwasher which we had for over 10 years, the racks started to rust after 8 years.
Ive talked to Joe at Frigidaire and got nowhere with them.
Im sending my proof of purchase and the photos so you could see for your self the issue the we are having with the racks.
Also you can see that the quality of the racks are of poor quality from your supplier.
Ill be looking forward in hearing back from you as soon as possible.

Customer service were not very helpful. Having issues with the bottom of my stove.
Bottom shelf was damaged due to self cleaning. They will not replace the item and I was told by customer service that I shouldn't be using the cleaning function if it's going to damage the stove.
Customer service was unable to assist me and provide me with a quote for the piece that's damaged due to a defectively manufactured product. They will not provide a replacement for the damaged item.
Initially, I was told that there was a one-year warranty on the item.
However, when I called, I was told that there's only a six-month warranty for certain parts. There was poor communication and customer service.
Preferred solution: Part replacement Two item that was damaged due to manufactured product part for cost $210

Customer service and the company lack ethics and fair judgment. We bought a new fridge from Frigidaire, which was not working properly and had a manufacturer's defect.
Upon contacting customer support, they said they agreed to provide a replacement but wouldn't remove the fridge doors to bring it into our unit. They demanded us to hire installers, otherwise they wouldn’t provide the replacement. I have attached screenshots for proof.
If you don't want to spend money on manufacturing defects, then do not buy any products from Electrolux or Frigidaire. Avoid purchasing products from Electrolux or Frigidaire.

Purchased. Frigidaire Freezer in March 2021.
After only having the freezer for three years it has stopped running and therefore I have lost frozen food.
It seems to me that there should be a better warranty and for an appliance to not run after only three years is ridiculous.
To have a repair person come to even look at the appliance it is $200.

Anyone thinking of a Frigidaire product you need to run
I am uncertain what product to start with the Frigidaire air fryer thats absolute trash, the fridge thats three years old. We paid $5000 for and is non-repairable after three years its trash, the standup freezer door that lost its seal in one year and everything thaws out constantly in it the dishwasher that is not washing the dishes.
We have bought from Teppermans. We have bought it from the bricks. We have bought it from a local small company, Tom and Als in our town., Everything has broken down and his garbage within a few years. Its not the companies youre buying it from.
Its from Frigidaire itself. They are spitting out absolute garbage and I dont know how the government of Canada has not shut these crooks down.

Got a new fridge delivered and there is a broken waterline where the filter is. 14 days of calling them, being told service is booked just to find out it wasnt.
Cant get a return number to send it back from where I got it because they say a tech need to come out.
Have been lied to on 2 occasions when they said it was booked. I called the companys, one had no record of it and the other said they already told them they cant because they are 2 hours away.

My frigidaire oven that is less than 2 years old suddenly up and died. Only top works Same week, frigidaire dishwasher purchased last Feb.

I purchased one of their dishwashers in Aug 2022.

Issue: The bottom and top racks are rusting out from the inside, breaking open the coating.
I called the customer service department on Dec 18th, to see what could be done as I believe this is abnormal. I was told that the unit is out of warranty, and there was nothing that could be done.
I was offered 50% off the price of the racks, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was advised that no supervisors were available and that I would have to call back when one was available. I was notvery pleased with the response.
I called back the next day and I spoke to someone and explained the situation again and wanted to speak to a supervisor. The person advised me she was with the warranty department and that I had already been told that there was no warranty by the customer service agent. Again I asked to speak with a supervisor and was refused.
She then advised me that in any event the warranty does not cover rust as it is cosmetic.
I asked her if she was a technical person, or understood what I was trying to explain. I then asked to be transferred to someone that spoke French and was transferred to warranty in Canada, but the call never got through.
As a Frigidaire customer I was very disappointed in the responses I have received. I was never asked anything about the issue with the product, I would think that as a manufacturer they would want to receive information on product issues, regardless of whether it is under warranty or not. The attitude of their customer service rep and in particular that of the person in warranty was dismissive.
I am sure my frustration was evident in my communication with her. It is now Feb 2, 2024, and I have sent 4 complaints in both French and English, and have yet to receive a reply.
I also filed a complaint with BBB. I would never again buy one of their products.

I will never recommend or purchase another Frigidaire product. Our fridge is one and a half years old and the freezer is broken.
It is a piece of garbage. It was built cheaply and is not built to last.

Delivery man had to put the fridge together upon delivery. The left door would not line up with the right door. He said call the company they will send you a specialist that will be able to fix it. Specialist put a level on top of the fridge and said it is level. Ok the fridge it self is sitting level but the door is about 1/4" off from the other door. You can see it.
We complained, Frigidaire sent a new repair man. He could not fix it, he told us that it is a manufacture defect. He said they should send you a new fridge. Not a chance in *** Over the year they have sent us at lease 6 or 7 different repair men from about 3 different companies they have replaced gasgets / door etc... but nobody has been able to fix the door issue. Now the fridge itself is making a strange noise that it never made in the first few months. I feel maybe it is over working itself because of the door not sitting properly.
The fridge just celebrated it's first year in our kitchen and is still not fixed.We called again and because it is over one year they tell us to call our extended warranty. I said that you have never fixed this ongoing problem.
We have asked to talk to someone higher up more then once, but no one has ever called us back.
Frigidaire COULD CARE LESS. Also two out of 3 drawers broke in the first few weeks. That is cosmetic they say.
Preferred solution: Replace this fridge with a new one. Or full refund and I'm happy to shop somewhere else.
User's recommendation: If any appliance is delivered to your home do not let them leave it with you. SEND IT BACK right away.
