I wish I read this review panel before I made any purchase from this company. I bought an induction cook top about 2 month ago from Leons and when we installed it 2 of the burners do not work.
so I immediately contacted Leons and they told me to contact Frigidaire. I did and after so much back and forth and waiting countless hours on their phone line they told me a technician will come and see it. after 2-3 weeks a technician came to see and I waited 2 weeks called again and the customer service man didn't know what's going on. he was asking me what the technician said I am like you should know I should not the middle person and tell you what he said.
then insisted on talking to a manager and the manager assured me I will hear from them with in a week. I heard nothing from them so just got off the phone with their customer service and the fella doesn't know what's happening again. I asked for supervisor he said there is no one available. I called Leons they said they will contact Frigidaire I will see what happen.
I disputed the charge in my credit card as well because it is a faulty product so I will see where that will take me. I am out my money and no product. stay away from this company !!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

WORST APPLIANCES EVER!
Less than 5 years ago, purchased Frigidaire Professional line-stove, fridge and dishwasher from Bad Boy. Thank goodness we negotiated an extended warranty into the package.
I have had problems with all three appliance. The fridge ices up and the wheels on the crispers snapped off, the stove displays error messages, the self clean on the stove does not clean it properly and the dishwasher has completely stopped working, beeping, flashing blue light and error message. Waiting endlessly for parts for the stove and technicians have visited multiple times and can't fix the dishwasher. I have been doing dishes by hand for three months.
STAY AWAY FROM FRIGIDAIRE. I WOULD NEVER BUY THEIR APPLIANCES AGAIN.

I wish I could give them no stars..
We bought two Frigidaire Fridges from CAS. One came completely broken and didnt work right out of the box, so they had no choice but return it.
The second fridge was broken out of the box too, everything in d fridge froze and there was ice formation everywhere causing things like milk bottles to explode.. but apparently its fixable..
After waiting tirelessly for over 2 months and 2 rounds of repairs and parts, fridge is now functioning even worse. It freezes everything in the fridge at 38F temp. Now the repair man says there is another part that needs replacement but has no ETA on when it might be available which is very frustrating.
Spoiled groceries cost, incredibly poor support from seller and manufacturer is taking a toll in our overall health.
For delivering two defective products I would expect CAS would have better help than just saying its up to the manufacturer. That is ridiculous.. Does CAS have no accountability for the product they sell ? Horrible policy ..
all the more reasons I would like to re-enforce my opinion on poor company policy .. as far as your customer service is concerned, yes they followed company policy but thats my problem. If CAS wont help when its entirely their fault for selling a broken product, whats the point of buying from CAS? I should then be buying directly from the manufacturer rt ?
Whats the point of selling us additional warranties? USELESS !!
Dealer does not accept any responsibility, the Manufacturer don't accept any responsibility. All the consumer is left with is thousands of dollars cost, pay full price for a brand new product that had to be refurbished right out of the box and is still broken over 2 months time, energy & food wasted.
We are left with no choice but to discard the fridge to a wasteland.
Congratulations CAS & Frigidaire, for not having any business ethics, no accountability, no responsible policy towards suitability & environment. In these dire days of business aiming for net zero future, it is extremely sad to see CAS & Frigidaire policies are aiming to add on to global warming!

StaWorst customer care and they never attend your call. Keep your calls infinitely on hold. The word test customer care I have ever seen.

We are going to start here, and this is going to be a summer long campaign to urge consumers to STAY AWAY from Frigidaire dehumidifiers and possibly other small appliances, we are going to post on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA for the next 12 weeks (at least) and reach as MANY PEOPLE as possible ...a 600 dollar unit lasted less than two years READ THE LOUSY WARRANTY before you buy from this company AND STAY THE *** AWAY FROM them. In our view and current experience, Frigidaire is ROBBING consumers. READ THEIR HORRIBLE WARRANTY before you make the MISTAKE to throw your money away on this company.
(If you are a representative of Frigidaire business, and you are reading this, you still have time to save many sales this summer.)
(but besides that, we are going to proceed with a THRASHING after the product and business experience we had.)

Both rollers in the 2 crisper drawers have cracked with 6 months of purchase leaving an uneven gap in each drawer. Frigidaire claims it is cosmetic so will not replace with free parts.
If there is an uneven gap in the crisper drawer it means humidity is NOT controlled therefore we claim it is a functional issue. You cant blame covid for everything.

Currently I’m bombarding them with emails morning noon and night until this is resolved so far they don’t believe in customer service and honouring the factory warranty for a product that is seven months out of the box.
I forgot to mention that I was informed that they would cover it if I got an extended warranty or I contacted my credit card company? So if they can do this now and I still have a factory warranty on it why can’t it be done now because they want more money??? That’s why!
The next hangup phone call from the Immature staff at Curtis International Ltd will be followed by a call to the police.

Not being honoured (factory warranty), it broke while using and I plan on taking this further!
Factory one year warranty on an ice machine that I had purchased online and died 7 months from purchase date. (So under 7 months of use).
It stopped working and I noticed a crack had developed so videoed it to send in. They wont honour the warranty because the crack developed in the water cradle where the ice is made ????
Just an excuse not to standby a factory warranty but if I extended the warranty lol it would be. Scam

Ice maker
purchased the whole kitchen from Ray James Appliances in Niagara Falls. Apparently when Ray gets the money he washes his hands of all warranty work.
My ice maker line popped the water line at your factory attached fitting.. No one knows the part, the part number or how to fix it, now my ice maker doesn't work. The serviceman was unable to fix it, he removed the part without my knowledge, now I cant take the old part to try and match it. Is there a way the refrigerator can be returned and a new one purchased so this 6 week long adventure can end.
I have a job, kids and grandkids I don't have time for your nonsense dealing with this. Doubt you care and I know this probably is the end of it and I will have to fix it myself. what a horrible experience. you guys suck.

Very disatisfied with the appliance
CFLE3900UW This machine has ruined may of my clothes and linens , it seems to effect any thing with cotton in it . it takes the color out , leaves blotches like tie dye garments .iashes a good outfit before I was going to wear it and it wrecked it , I had splurged for me ,it was about $ 200 .00 and its not wearable .
when purchased the technitions came several times ti fix it including replacing mother boards , to no avail. Some times a machine is just a LEMON can;t be fixed and I got one . I have tried to speak to someone but never were my calls returned .
I am so dissapointed with this company. I purchased tis appliance so I know the warrentyhas expired but you should tbe aware of the poor quality .

The top freezer section of my fridgidaire is freezing up on me all the time. I break off the ice formations and it just keeps coming back.
Ice forms on the door at the top and inside at the top. I think its a seal problem.

Purchased a refrigerator in May 2020 fortunately I purchased an extended warranty for three years. Over the last three months the local dealer has attempted to fix the issues with no success.
We have tried to contact customer service for three hours without talking to anyone.
Their automated service doesn't work and my money for a service you have no intention of providing is fraudulent.
Do not buy Frigidaire refrigerator but if your are stupid like me mine will be placed at the curb shortly for garbage pickup. Where it belongs.

Purchased a Frigidaire professional a fridge Dec 2020. It will not get cold.
I called service no service person in my area. Even though I have extended warranty. I had a service person out on my own dollar he said fridge has a freon leak in the walls of fridge. Unfixable!!!
What warranty offered .me will not cover cost of a new one. I have matching Freezer and gas stove.I feel that it should be replaced. You say fridges should last 10 years. I am very dissatisfied with your service company they are very fude and kept getting disconnected.
Can u please help me I thought buying top of line appliances they would last more than 2 years. Thank you Hope to hear back soon

Absolutely THE worst customer service!! After several calls and waiting 45min each time....Every time I called I had to start the whole process over again....no one ever knew what was going on....also very hard to understand the broken English.
